Costs for Entire 2012-2013 School Year

A $100 non-refundable application fee is required when an application is submitted.

Tuition, room, board, and estimated expenses for the 2012-2013 school year is $33,000.  This includes a $4,200 deposit for new cadets, which is an average cadet expense to cover uniforms, books, fees, and estimated expenses. Expenses over the deposit are due as billed at the close of each month. Any unused balance of this deposit carries to the next school year.  Howe accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

There are four payment plans available. With the Early Payment Plan, the full cost of $33,000.00 less a $500.00 discount is payable on or before June 2nd. The Basic Payment Plan requires full payment of $33,000.00 by entrance date. A Deferred Payment Plan is available at an added cost of $400.00; this requires 60% of the total cost at registration and the remaining 40% due on or before December 7th. A Monthly Payment Plan is available at an additional $600 cost; this requires 10 equal monthly installments starting in March and due on or before December 7th.

The total cost for a full year day school student is $10,200.

Note: Some medical charges are billed to the student’s accounts, but are not part of the estimated expense. Inpatient and outpatient services through the hospital are billed to parent’s insurance company.

 

Costs for Second Semester 2012-2013 School Year

Tuition, room, board, and fees for the January semester within the 2012-2013 school year is $18,600.  This includes a $4,200 deposit for new cadets, which is an average cadet expense to cover uniforms, books, fees, and estimated expenses. Expenses over the deposit are due as billed at the close of each month. Any unused balance of this deposit carries to the next school year.

The total cost for a second semester day school student is $7,200.

Note: Some medical charges are billed to the student’s accounts, but are not part of the estimated expense. Inpatient and outpatient services through the hospital are billed to parent’s insurance company.
